Nursery Teacher Bromley Job Duties: Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons for nursery-aged children. Create a safe and nurturing learning environment for all children in the nursery. Monitor and assess children's progress and report on their development to parents or guardians. Collaborate with other nursery staff to ensure the smooth running of the nursery. Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and parent-teacher meetings as required. Required Qualifications: Hold a relevant teaching qualification. Have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service. Demonstrate a passion for working with young children. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Education: Minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent. Experience: Previous experience working in a nursery setting. Experience in planning and delivering educational activities for young children. Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Ability to create stimulating learning environments. Strong behaviour management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Paediatric First Aid qualification. Specialist training in areas such as SEN or safeguarding. Working Conditions: Full-time contract position based in Bromley, Greater London. Expected to work regular nursery hours. Salary range of £175 - £250 per day.
