Job Title: Business Development Executive Assistant
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant with a flair for sales support to work closely with our CEO. In this dynamic role, you will provide comprehensive administrative assistance, manage day-to-day operations, and serve as the first point of contact for new business enquiries. You will also play a pivotal role in qualifying leads, supporting the sales process, and contributing to successful pitch preparation. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced performance marketing agency, where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities
1. Executive Support: Supporting the CEO through administrative tasks to deliver the company vision.
2. Provide a range of high-level administrative assistance to the CEO.
3. Coordinate and manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
4. Communicate on the CEO's behalf with a range of stakeholders.
5. Use various administrative tools such as Productive, Google Suite, CRM, MIRO and Slack for effective communication and task management.
1. Sales Support: Effectively contribute to the management of the sales process.
2. Serve as the first point of contact for incoming sales enquiries, responding promptly and professionally.
3. Qualify leads.
4. Maintain and update the CRM system.
5. Take the lead on building databases using LinkedIn and other sales tools to fit with the agency’s ideal client profile.
6. Research potential prospects - building out profiles ahead of events we are attending.
7. Support the CEO and wider team in preparing pitch materials, proposals, and presentations.
8. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure follow-up communications align with branding and messaging.
9. Track and report on sales pipeline progress, identifying areas for improvement or follow-up.
1. Operational and Office Management Support: Contribute effectively to the company culture and office environment.
2. Support internal agency operations by streamlining administrative processes.
3. Conduct a range of office tasks such as purchasing and preparing refreshments for the team, greet visitors, preparing meeting rooms and any additional tasks required for the smooth running of the office environment.

Competencies
1. Organisation: Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
2. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to represent the CEO and agency professionally.
3. Sales Savvy: Familiarity with sales processes and ability to engage confidently with clients and leads.
4. Proactive Approach: A self-starter who anticipates needs and takes initiative to solve problems.
5. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in handling tasks, especially when preparing proposals or managing sensitive information.
6. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in the Google Suite (GMail, Docs, Sheets and Slides) and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). Experience with collaboration tools like Slack, Productive and Miro.
7. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities, with a professional and approachable demeanour.
8. Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of performance marketing principles.
Experience and Qualifications
1. Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior leaders.
2. Exposure to sales support, business development, or client relationship management is important.
3. Familiarity with the marketing or digital agency landscape is a plus.
Package
Salary: £33k+ DOE
Flexible working, 4-day work week, (core hours 9-4.30pm)
Hybrid working available for some roles
Annual Leave: 28 days - pro rata where applicable (ex., Bank Holidays) plus Birthdays, Charity day and between Christmas and NY
