Our client are seeking a dynamic, flexible administrator to join their growing team in the heart of beautiful Henley - on-Thames on a part-time basis. You will join a small but busy team and provide support across a variety of areas including daily administration, bookkeeping and Secretarial Matters. Working Monday to Friday, 10am to 3pm (flexibility around hours) from the office in Henley, you will be part of a successful business as they transition into their next stage of growth. Key Duties: Day-to-day Banking & ledger posting Bank reconciliation Supplier payment runs Sales administration General business administration Right Person: Previous Administration experience Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel for reporting and formulas Experience with Xero Keen to learn and develop new skills Highly organised Good eye for detail Excellent communication skills Proactive attitude and flexibility to support with a variety of tasks
