Key Responsibilities of a Learning Support Assistant - Support the child on a 1:1 basis to engage with learning activities and social interactions Promote an inclusive learning environment that caters to the child’s specific needs Help with communication, emotional regulation, and social development strategies Provide physical and personal care where needed Essential Requirements: Previous experience working with children with special educational needs, particularly Autism A caring, patient, and adaptable approach to supporting students Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team A commitment to promoting the child’s learning and development This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive, dynamic environment with a focus on the individual needs of students.
