- Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per year (dependent on experience).

A fast-growing retailer and wholesaler is looking for a proactive E-Commerce Assistant to play a key role in driving online sales and optimising direct-to-consumer (D2C) channels. Based at a brand-new, purpose-built office in Chorley, this full-time, on-site role is crucial in managing third-party platforms, executing sales strategies, and enhancing digital performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Growth & Performance Optimisation
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns with third-party partners to maximise sales.
- Manage and optimise advertising campaigns (PPC) to drive traffic and improve conversion rates.
- Continuously analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven strategies.
E-Commerce & Account Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for third-party partners, ensuring strong relationships and effective collaboration.
- Maintain and update product listings, including pricing, stock levels, and images across all e-commerce platforms.
- Respond to business queries related to D2C and third-party channel operations.
Data & Market Analysis
- Generate and analyse weekly sales reports, providing insights into product performance, sell-through rates, returns, and margins.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to ensure strategies remain competitive.
- Utilise A/B testing to refine strategies and enhance online performance.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience in e-commerce management, ideally within retail.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital sales channels.
- Experience managing PPC advertising campaigns.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to generate insights and implement changes quickly.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Proactive problem-solver, capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
