Job Purpose
* This administration/coordinating role will support the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Manager in the successful delivery and implementation of Bournemouth University's equality, diversity and inclusion agenda.
* To provide organisational and administrative support to the EDI Manager and EDI Committee.
* To provide administrative support to the wider Leadership Talent and Organisational Development Team and the HR Service as required.
* Be a visible and approachable champion who always role models inclusive and value-based behaviours.
The opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to work with the new Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Manager to contribute to the successful delivery of BU's equality, diversity and inclusion vision. Working as part of our Human Resources and Organisational Development Team this is a very varied role, and you will work with a range of stakeholders across BU. There will be involvement across a variety of areas including developing communications, organising engagement events, managing our EDI webpages, supporting our staff networks, providing comprehensive administrative support and managing the EDI inbox.
