We’re offering an exciting opportunity to take on a pivotal Senior People Advisor role where you’ll play a key part in delivering proactive HR advisory services, managing complex employee relations (ER) matters, and driving people projects. Key Responsibilities
* Support line managers in resolving complex ER cases such as grievances, disciplinaries, and restructures.
* Deliver expert advice on employment law and company policies.
* Lead and contribute to people projects across onboarding, health & wellbeing, recruitment, and employee engagement.
* Oversee the analysis of attrition trends and support action planning through exit interviews.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to consistently improve the employee experience.
* Provide data-driven insights to drive ER initiatives and manage employee benefits.
* Offer guidance on employment matters relating to sponsored workers and immigration compliance.
* Review and enhance HR processes to improve operational effectiveness.
Ideal Candidate
* CIPD Level 5 qualified with proven experience in managing complex ER cases.
* A proactive and collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
* Sound knowledge of employment legislation and best practices.
* Experience in coaching and mentoring line managers and HR colleagues.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
