Job requirements As Test Analyst, you will provide quality and defect free product, automation expertise and support to client implementations and day-to-day operations of systems for internal and external clients in an efficient and professional manner. This is a hybrid position where you will work from our any Aptia office, as well as from your home address. Here's what you’ll be doing: Manage Project Plan through the lifecycle, Risks, Status, Governance Structure, Project sign-off and Reviews. Manage communication and reports to stakeholders. Strict adherence to JIRA for all tasks/projects/defects. Ability to conduct appropriate defect analysis and deploy lessons learnt in development stages. Own accountability by being able to help the teams troubleshoot issues in projects both on technical and business side. Delivery of work with quality with acceptable standards. Identify and deploy automations to efficient implementations. Work with relevant stakeholders/teams to identify functional changes to our core products, standard tools and processes that are required to ensure business needs are met and to ensure these are formally documented. Proactively identifying solutions to optimise and improve performance across all applications and services. Mentoring and coaching or participate in information exchange within test team and cross functional teams. Here’s what we’re looking for: Expertise in Testing Life Cycle Able to understand/interpret specs/pension scheme related requirements. Can draft the testing strategy for the client projects (New/Change/Release) Create Test scenarios for various testing components based on client requirements. Own accountability by being able to help the teams troubleshoot issues in projects both on technical and business side. Working with your team leader to ensure the quality of all the implementation services meet the required criteria and are delivered to time and within budget.
