Key Responsibilities
1. Act and think first of the client and their experience; have an in-depth knowledge of the desires, needs, and expectations of clients.
2. Welcome and assist each client, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.
3. Be a master at storytelling and at the art of asking engaging questions.
4. Create a long-term authentic bond with clients by making them feel the experience is truly about them.
5. Deal effectively with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.
6. Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor to drive individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results.
7. Be proactively engaged in cross-selling with all departments and maximize sales opportunities to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
8. Prove brand and product knowledge.
9. Manage payment operations including returns, refunds, remote sales, and tax-free transactions in a punctual and accurate manner.
10. Ensure and maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display, complying with company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
11. Contribute to ensuring a high level of security and be attentive to prevent product theft, including tagging garments and merchandise on the floor.
12. Think innovatively about how to improve and generate new ways; stay up-to-date with new fashion trends and competitors.
13. Develop and nurture meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives.
14. Manage and drive sales by understanding client desires and creating a hand-crafted experience for the client to achieve the best sales performance.

Key Requirements
1. Previous experience in sales roles; experience in structured Fashion Luxury/Retail companies is a plus.
2. Passionate about retail, client service, and commercial mindset.
3. Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity.
4. Strong communication skills.
5. Willingness to evolve in the organization; willingness to relocate is a plus.
6. Digitally aware and open to new ways of working.
