Key Responsibilities:
* Handling incoming customer calls and providing exceptional service
* Managing and arranging diaries for appointments and meetings
* General administrative support and data entry
* Responding to customer queries and ensuring efficient resolution
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
Skills & Experience Required:
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Strong organisational and time-management abilities
* Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
* Previous experience in customer service or administration is preferred but not essential
Hours:
* Part-time role
* Flexible hours (to be agreed)
