We have an exciting opportunity for Electrical Assemblers to join a leading provider in the power solutions industry on a permanent basis. This role involves both electrical and mechanical assembly of power equipment, ensuring that all products meet strict project specifications, quality standards, and health & safety regulations.
As an Electrical Assembler, your key responsibilities will be to:
* Manufacture labels, standard cable kits, and sub-assemblies to specification.
* Carry out mechanical assembly and electrical wiring of standby power equipment.
* Use cable preparation equipment to create wiring looms and cable kits.
* Produce engraved and printed labels, cable identifications, and terminal markers using print machines.
* Perform electrical and mechanical assembly of parts, sub-assemblies, and final products.
* Configure standby power products according to project specifications.
* Undertake warehouse duties, including stock maintenance and battery refresh charging.
* Complete all necessary manufacturing and quality documentation.
* Ensure strict adherence to health and safety procedures.
* Inspect materials before fitting and report defects through the quality assurance system.
* Suggest improvements to product designs and assembly processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.
Are you right for the role? These electrical assemblers must have:
* Previous experience in Electrical Assembly or Panel Wiring
* Electrical or Mechanical engineering qualifications are desirable but not a pre-requisite
* A proactive, positive, and team-oriented attitude with a strong focus on safety, quality, and attention to detail.
