RESILIENT LEAD ENGINEER (RADIO FREQUENCY + GNSS APPLICATION) - AEROSPACE AND DEFENSE:

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The oversight requires designing, simulating, and testing a 7th generation Dual-Antenna Receiver (DAR) to provide high accuracy/sensitivity for critical applications and spoofing detection using a dual-antenna high-precision GNSS receiver as a function of time under spoofing and jamming attacks. This will be achieved by utilizing fast and reliable spoofing detection methods using single and dual antenna processes. A team of ten will employ automatic nulling-steering capabilities to provide protection against high-powered jamming and spoofing attacks. Areas to cover will include narrowband and wideband interference, spectrum monitoring interference, spoofing detection, signal classification, space-time processing methods, and jamming/spoofing mitigation. Our overarching goal is to improve code or carrier multipath mitigation, acquisition and tracking sensitivity, and provide the highest level of robustness against GNSS extortion while ensuring high accuracy in challenging GNSS environments. We aim to improve measurement quality in fading and foliage environments, enhance signal parameters, and propagation channels, and improve detection performance and reliability while reducing the main detection time using various metrics in terms of spoofing detection and signal classification. We are a startup enhancing our formation in the early stages of product development.

QUALIFICATIONS, KEY REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS SET:
* 15+ years of experience in designing RFoF transmission network design and optimization.
* High-speed design & RF applications & RF testing.
* Experience with Antenna Systems & Aerospace applications.
* Must have a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Geomatics, or Aerospace.
* Extensive experience with GNSS Interface Control Documents (ICD) & data/file formats.
* Executive experience with satellite signals in navigation.
* Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
* Information Assurance System Architecture and Engineering (IASAE).
* Information Systems Security Engineering Professional (ISSEP).
* Information Systems Security Architecture Professional (ISSAP) is essential.
* It is a prerequisite to be certified in one of the listed DoD 8570 Certifications.
