Property Consultant
Yield Me is a fast-growing business that has an exciting opportunity for a Property Acquisition Consultant to join our team and be part of our growth. Our mission is to raise the standard within the Student Property Sourcing industry by providing quality investment opportunities to investors, maximising returns and saving them time.
As a Property Acquisition Consultant at Yield Me, you will play a pivotal role in our quest to source and secure profitable student property investment opportunities. You will be responsible for researching, sourcing, and evaluating student properties that align with our client's investment criteria. This role demands a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of the property market. You will work with the MD to produce comprehensive "deal packs" to present to our investor network. You will use CRM (Pipedrive, Nimbus and Searchland) to build a database of both value-added investors and key contacts for sourcing opportunities.
Schedule: 8:30 - 17:00 (Monday - Friday) // 10:00 – 14:00 (Saturday – 12 per annum)
Salary: Competitive Salary (DOE) + Commission
Start Date: Jan 2025
Onsite - Loughborough - LE11 (Midlands)
Responsibilities:
PROPERTY SOURCING & SALES PROGRESSION
1. Source student properties, arrange access and view properties
2. Package properties to current clients
3. Oversee the negotiation process and be responsible for keeping all parties updated
4. Review and analyze the deals
5. Support the conveyancing process
6. Create comparables and update on projects
7. Liaise with solicitors, surveyors, and other professional contacts
8. Issue Head of Terms to clients
9. Grow our market share and relationships with potential vendors and landlords
10. General administration duties include managing post, scanning and filing
INVESTOR RELATIONSHIPS
1. Support to grow a social media and online presence
2. Create mailshots and newsletters
3. Communicate and build relationships with current clients
4. Communicate and build relationships with future clients
5. Grow and build an investor’s portfolio to facilitate sales
6. Educate current and future clients about Yield and partner companies
7. Support partner companies' growth with our database to build a pipeline of future business
