Role Overview
As we continue to rapidly grow our business, we are looking to hire an Expansion Manager to support with areas of strategic growth in the operations.
As a Expansion Manager, you will take ownership of end-to-end project execution across operational functions within the Strategy team. You will be responsible for budget setting, project planning, execution, and stakeholder management—driving efficiency and ensuring alignment with business objectives. You’ll build a detailed understanding of how the business works, understanding dependencies in processes and systems. You’ll need to communicate effectively & efficiently the progress of all expansion projects on a regular basis to all key stakeholders and the Operations Leadership Team. You will need to understand project risks, mitigation and how to solve problems as part of a team, using your initiative to come to creative solutions that embodies our value of tenacity. You will need to prioritise work-streams that have the biggest impact on timelines and report statuses in a timely manner.
A key skill that will enable you to succeed in the role is being able to spot problems before they even exist and mitigating them properly.

Responsibilities:
* Be on-site during execution and roll-out of projects during critical junctures
* Training new staff members and rolling out SOP’s to ensure standard practices across the business as it expands
* Support in hiring for new teams and identifying what is needed in each new region
* Work in close proximity with our Procurement & Facilities teams rolling out new sites
* Lead the search for new sites for the business aligned with the business objectives and unique priorities
* Manage budgets, contractors and ever challenging timelines with aplomb
* Manage multiple stakeholders across multiple areas of the business
* Build business cases and create reports for projects covering everything from budget tracking to project timelines
* Design new processes and iterate existing ones to keep the business at the edge of innovation
Requirements
* Experience: Previous experience managing complex projects from ideation to completion covering multiple departments and stakeholders. Previous experience in large infrastructure projects is a bonus
* Good interpersonal skills to be able to hold your own and to adapt messaging for diverse audiences, from operational teams to executives
* Detail Orientated to be able to consistently deliver results under tight deadlines and within budget
* Analytical: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of distilling complex data into project plans and insights
* Proactive: A proactive and adaptable approach to take ownership of your projects as a self starter, thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative, and hands-on environment
* Tenacious: Ability to keep going through uncertainty or with ambitious timelines to hit your targets whilst balancing multiple tasks, with multiple stakeholders
* Hands on: Not everything goes to plan you will need to sometimes get your hands dirty to get things over the line
* Travel: There will be periods of long travel involved in the role as you will be a key cog in our expansion plans, being the person responsible for launches, meaning extended time away from home
