Job Title: Qualified Social Worker - Adults AMHP (Approved Mental Health Professional) & EDT (Emergency Duty Team)

What you will do:
1. Provide emergency social work services outside of regular hours across Trafford, including evenings and bank holidays.
2. Handle cases involving vulnerable individuals, including families, disabled persons, and those with acute mental health issues, acting as an Approved Mental Health Practitioner.
3. Collaborate with your team to ensure statutory functions are met during out-of-hours in Adult and Children Social Care.
4. Stay updated on relevant regulations, policies, and legislation related to Adult and Children Social Care and the Mental Health Act.
5. Manage crisis situations professionally and calmly.
