SITE ADMINISTRATOR Our client, a property developer based in central London, is seeking a bright and dedicated individual to join their team on a 7-month contract, supporting their Quality Assurance department. The successful candidate will work closely with two Quality Assurance Managers, assisting in the review of newly completed properties to ensure they meet the company's high standards. The role will require you to be on-site, along with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, which will be essential to succeed in this role. SITE ADMINISTRATOR ROLE: Assisting Quality Assurance Managers in documenting and tracking snags and defects using the CRM systems, iAuditor and Salesforce Conducting daily site inspections and taking photos to record snags for inspection reports Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all quality assurance activities Ensuring all snag reports are filed correctly and accessible for review Coordinating with various departments and the contractor to resolve issues and ensure quality standards are met Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders Preparing and distributing quality assurance reports and documentation Supporting the Quality Assurance team in administrative tasks and project coordination Monitoring and following up on outstanding issues to ensure timely resolution Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality Assurance department SITE ADMINISTRATOR ESSENTIALS: Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the housing sector Strong proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software Excellent organisational and time management skills High attention to detail and accuracy Effective communication and interpersonal skills To be able to deal with clients, contractors on site and other stakeholders Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks Familiarity with quality assurance processes and standards is a plus Able to work well under own supervision using initiative; prioritises and manages workload efficiently Ability to work under strict deadlines If you feel that you fit the above criteria then please apply today by submitting your CV to us.
