We’re an independent creative agency based in Shoreditch (hybrid working) with a growing team of thinkers and doers that work with some of the world's biggest brands including AXA, Cancer Research UK, Unum and Fox’s Burtons Biscuits, to name just a few.
We’re against grandiose claims about changing the world and winning attention at any cost.
Instead, we build brand credibility. In today’s world, that’s harder than ever so we search for, celebrate and reinforce our clients’ brand credibility.
We do this by developing game-changing strategies and telling powerful stories in creative, authentic and innovative ways. Combining the skills of our core team and our global community of freelance talent, we build the best team to respond to every brief.
THE ROLE
This role requires a dynamic and highly creative content creator who thrives on making standout social and branded content. You’ll have an eye for engaging visuals, a deep understanding of platform-native storytelling and editing, and the ability to craft content that captivates audiences.
You’ll be hands-on in creating and executing content across a spectrum of formats, from agile, socially native content to more in-depth branded storytelling, including vodcasts, branded content series and longer-form documentary-style pieces. Whether it’s a quick-turnaround TikTok campaign, a visually striking Instagram carousel, or a polished brand film, you’ll bring ideas to life with creativity and precision.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Creative storytelling – Develop narratives that resonate with audiences, turning brand messages into scroll-stopping content.
* Concept Development – Collaborate with the team to develop innovative content concepts that reflect brand identity and align with platform-specific trends, ensuring each piece delivers on the strategic and creative direction we set for the project.
* Social Content Capture – During shoots, creatively capture high-quality, engaging content, ensuring it fits the brief and brand voice. Collaborate with creative leads and production teams on larger shoots to achieve polished visuals that stand out on social platforms.
* Social-Native Editing – Use in-app tools (like TikTok and CapCut) to edit content with platform-native formats and storytelling techniques. Ensure the content is optimised for engagement and trend relevance.
* Professional Editing – Expert in more traditional visual and narrative editing, for formats like vodcasts, branded content series, and longer-form brand documentaries, using Adobe Premiere Pro, to craft compelling narratives and brand stories. Use advanced editing techniques to elevate the content for a more polished, high-quality output.
* Editing workflow & file management – Take ownership of our editing workflows, file management processes, and organisational systems to ensure efficiency and consistency.
* Presentation skills - Ability to present your work in a dynamic, compelling and articulate way, both internally and to our clients.
* Trend-spotting – Stay ahead of platform updates, trends, and viral content to ensure our work remains cutting-edge.
* Collaboration – Work closely with strategists, creatives, designers, production partners and our clients to bring ideas to life in innovative ways.
