We are now recruiting for a Customer Service Clerk working in the courier side of my client's business based in the Camberley area.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Taking customer courier bookings
2. Handling enquiries from customers or clients and responding with follow-up queries if required
3. Dealing with email requests from clients
4. Assisting clients with tracking of their freight
5. All aspects of customer service
6. Ensuring the systems are up to date with proof of deliveries within the International, Overnight, and Sameday divisions
7. Chasing agents for proof of deliveries if missing
8. General administration
Experience Required
1. The successful candidate will have worked in the courier/parcels environment
2. Possess excellent customer and problem-solving skills
3. Excellent IT and customer service skills
