We are a small community at Chedworth, with a Visitor Experience team of two who also manage the Volunteers and Communications and Marketing Team, a Conservation Lead, Welcome team and Retail and Food and Beverage teams. Chedworth Roman Villa is a unique and remarkable site set in a Cotswold coombe near Cirencester. This role offers you the opportunity to work in a beautiful and historic setting as a key member of the Chedworth team. There is a real sense of community here, where everyone plays their part to look after this special place and welcome over 60,000 visitors a year. This is a busy place, there’s a lot going on and you’ll find that no two days are the same. Generally, you’ll be supporting day-to-day operations, and being the first person that people see when they come into the office.
