Your role will involve managing customer inquiries, providing expert advice on their products and services, and handling sales transactions. Working Hours Full-time position: 40 hours per week (breaks included) Holiday: 20 days plus 8 days bank holiday, including Christmas Key Duties Greet and assist customers with their inquiries and service needs Provide expert advice on products and services offered by the garage Handle sales transactions and manage cash and card payments Schedule appointments and manage the booking system Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for customers Use Gmail and Microsoft Office to manage communications and records Key Requirements Previous experience in customer service and sales Proficiency in Gmail and Microsoft Office applications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Basic knowledge of automotive services is a plus Positive attitude and a willingness to learn Ready to drive your career forward?
