Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Role: Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Location: North Birmingham based project
Salary: 35,000- 45,000 DOE - will pay more for exceptional candidates

Assistant Quantity Surveyor opportunity
You will be joining an award-winning Tier 1 contractor who have a unique and innovative culture and an enviable reputation delivering some of the UK's most prestigious projects.
The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be joining to work on a very unique and exciting project circa 30m in value which is based in North Birmingham and will run until mid-2027. With a number of other local projects also secured, travel will be kept to a minimum. With continued growth plans, there will be opportunities for progression that would be otherwise unachievable in this current market.
My client works across a diverse project portfolio, including commercial, offices, high rise residential, hotels and large mixed-use developments, with projects ranging from 20m - 150m.
About the Assistant Quantity Surveyor role
This role would suit an ambitious Trainee Quantity Surveyor looking for that next step, or an Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking for a new challenge. You will gain exposure to a number of exciting projects across a variety of sectors including Commercial, High Rise, Student Accommodation, Luxury Residential, Hotels and large Mixed-Use Developments on projects between 10m - 150m.
Requirements for Assistant Quantity Surveyor role
* Previous experience as a Trainee Quantity Surveyor or Assistant Quantity Surveyor
* Degree qualified would be desirable but not essential
* Experience of working within the Construction industry for a main contractor.
* UK Driving License
