Staffline are recruiting a Support Administrator for our client's fast-paced driving sites, based in Yorkshire. We are looking for a Support Administrator to join our team on a remote basis, Monday to Friday, with occasional site visits in Yorkshire. This role is full time working Monday to Friday, the hours of work are 8am - 4pm. Although initially on a temporary contract, this role would be permanent for the right person. Your Time at Work As a Support Administrator, you will be providing support and reporting directly to the Regional General Manager. Your duties would include: - Maintaining information on Network Fleet - Coordinating and managing the movement of Fleet around the network - Sharing updated Fleet details weekly with the sites, customer, insurance and 3rd parties - Managing Key 2 Compliance and defect management - Understanding leases, rental agreements, maintenance agreements and SLA's - Providing support to all sites and collating daily reports regarding vehicle states, focusing on the detail and analysing defect and off-road trends - Liaising with CRD, supporting delivery of new kit, coordinating deliverires and transfers - Ensuring DVS compliance - Supporting sites with legal compliance - Working closely with 3rd parties to ensure satisfactory service and communication - Supporting and coordinating fleet replacement - Management of company car insurance, liaising with COOP insurance and their agents - Working closely with the finance teams - Weekly gathering of data and analysing network trunking activity - Assisting and providing support and information for ongoing and upcoming fleet management projects - Micolise housekeeping - ensuring sites are achieving set goals, supporting the upkeep and keeping communication up to date to ensure reliable data - Understanding the objectives and KPI's applicable to your role and your team - Weekly maintenance cost review, including gathering details for the weekly call Our Perfect Worker Our perfect candidate will be highly organised and self-motivated and have the ability to work effectively in a remote environment. This role involves a wide variety of administrative responsibilities that are constantly evolving so will require an individual with the tenacity and the flexibility to take ownership and adapt to the demands. Experience working within a driving environment would be beneficial, but not essential as training will be given. Previous administration skill is essential.
