Duties and Responsibilities As Human Resources Coordinator, I will?assume full responsibility for the?efficient?operation in the following: - Be the first point of contact for all visitors to the HR office, dealing with any general enquiries and taking messages as appropriate. - Build strong relationships with all levels of hosts. - Support with recruitment administration and job postings. - Oversee the organisation and maintenance of host files. - Create and prepare posters and materials for internal communications. - Maintain stationary stock for the department. - Participate in Mission Wellness activities and the coordination of host activities and events to support this initiative. - Assist with the coordination of starters and leaver processes. - Assist the Learning & Development Manager with the coordination of training programs. - Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded. Qualifications To execute the position of Human Resources Coordinator, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following: - Diploma or equivalent in Business, preferably in Human Resources and at least 1 year experience in a similar setting. Hospitality diploma/degree?from a recognized hospitality school is preferred. - Technical skills include advanced MS Office,?Outlook platforms. - Fluent in English; I understand that additional languages are preferred.
