What you’ll be doing: Meeting homeowners to discuss their renovation plans. No jargon, just honest conversations. Creating detailed and accurate quotes and following up on them. Using your technical knowledge in construction, engineering, or trade to give practical advice, not just sell an idea. It has to work. Working with the installation team to ensure what’s promised can actually be delivered. Building relationships with customers, local trade professionals, and networking events. Creating a sales plan that works for you and the business. This role gives you autonomy while keeping you connected to a supportive team. Who you are: You have technical knowledge in construction, engineering, or trade sales. Understanding the practical side of installation is essential. A great communicator who enjoys getting to know people and offering solutions. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Planning is something you love, being effective with time management is a must. Going out and building relationships comes as second nature to you.
