Job Description We’re looking for a Part-Time Customer Service Administrator to join a commercial team for a manufacturing company based in Scarborough, to support the team leader in the day-to-day operations. We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and a customer-focused approach, always putting clients first. You’ll be organised, methodical, and able to manage your workload under pressure, whether working independently or as part of the wider team, with cross-functional collaboration to support continuous improvement. Some of the Key Responsibilities will be: Efficiently manage customer orders, taking responsibility for key accounts and ensuring a seamless journey from order through to production. Act as a primary point of contact for customers, addressing enquiries, providing updates, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Order Processing & Tracking, track deliveries, resolve any issues, and ensure projects meet planned schedules. Prepare document specifications, work instructions, and maintain project schedules to support production goals. Attend pre- and post-production meetings, share essential information with team members, and work collaboratively to ensure high-quality customer service. Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously, ensuring each meets company standards. Maintain accurate electronic records using company systems, adhering to company policies and procedures.
