VANRATH are delighted to be exclusively partnered with a global software provider on their search for Technical Support Agents to join their bilingual support team. This opportunity is based in Belfast on a hybrid basis (3 days in office, 2 from home).
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals that have previously worked in an IT/ technical support position OR come from a customer service background and would be keen on moving into a more technical role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist customers via phone, email and chat by providing technical support and guidance
2. Provide information on company product line (e-commerce & retail products)
3. Assist in providing troubleshooting documentation
4. Work as part of a wider bilingual team
Requirements
1. Must be fluent in Dutch & English
2. Previous experience in a customer service or technical support position
3. Strong troubleshooting abilities
4. Ability to multitask
