Transaction Recruitment are supporting our Halesowen-based client in their search for an experienced Transactional Finance Manager to join the business on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for managing a successful finance team which oversees the full breadth of transactional finance inclusive of purchase ledger, sales ledger, treasury, and credit control. My client is looking for a proven leader with a passion for developing team members whilst implementing process improvements to ensure productivity and team morale is maintained. Daily duties and experience required includes:
1. Proven experience of working as a Transactional Finance Manager or similar level position
2. Implement process improvements and ensure best practices are maintained
3. Ability to motivate team members with one-to-one meetings/appraisals
4. Manage shared service centre finance function inclusive of sales ledger, purchase ledger, treasury, and credit control
5. Recruitment of new team members
6. Support with the implementation of a new system
