Data and Funding Officers
2x positions both Full Time hours (36 hours per week) and will be based across at least 2 of the 3 campuses (Ealing, Hammersmith and Southall)
Potential Temp to Perm for the right person – Paying £24.83 per hour initially then to £28,000-£30,000 if permanent
The role;
We are looking for a Data and Funding Team Officer to join the MIS department to contribute to the data integrity and compliance of approximately 14,000 learners records are maintained in accordance with funding guidance to make timely returns ensuring the College maximizes its funding to continue to deliver outstanding experience for the learners.
The successful candidate will assist in all areas of Management Information Systems in order to gain and maintain knowledge of processes and procedures throughout the learner journey. They will also contribute to continuous personal, and departmental development and the training of others. They will implement and maintain processes and procedures to ensure the completeness and accuracy of learner record data and to ensure that data is held in compliance with funding and audit requirements.
The department is supported by an experienced MIS Manager who is looking for the next Data and Funding enthusiast to join an inclusive and diverse hardworking team. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate Leadership in assisting the curriculum areas management of their learners’ data, course files and timetabling. Take Accountability to meet internal and external deadlines and work collaboratively within a hardworking and inclusive Team. As well as being an experienced, confident, and accomplished administrator, they will possess excellent IT, teamwork, numeracy, and literacy skills required to deliver the role.
Experience in working with data within an educational environment is essential, along with the ability to input accurate data and work under pressure to meet deadlines successfully.
