Our UK Events team has a unique opening for an Events & Concierge Lead to join their team in London to take the lead in delivering internal events and implementing events best practice across the firm. About the role This role will be part of the UK events team, but will be primarily responsible for delivering internal events in the London, offering 3rd parties (notably clients & other key stakeholders) a concierge service around their events hosted in London Cannon Place and supporting the implementation of events best practice across CMNO (predominately in the UK). This role reports into the Head of Marketing Operations and is based in London. In this role, you can expect to get involved in a variety of work including: Supporting, managing and delivering the internal events programme in London - including supporting internal employee network events: Supporting the new London Events booking process as it relates to internal events. Liaising with our internal employee networks in ensuring they have the correct level of event support, either from Internal Event Manager or others in the business. Each event is different, but this may include supporting on event communications and logistics on the day, as well as providing training to others involved in the event to perform their role to the correct standard. Potentially supporting one or more large scale practice group events. Co-ordinating 3rd party (clients & other key stakeholders) event requests: Ensure a concierge type service is delivered to all 3rd parties booking events in London Cannon Place. All event related data is tracked, monitored and any feedback is received for ROI purposes. Events Best Practice: Working with the wider Events team managers to define and implement events best practice. Deliver training sessions across the UK to key internal stakeholders who are involved in delivering and supporting events (including, but not limited to PAs, Trainees and members of BD) About you We will invest in your ongoing training and development to support your professional goals and help you to thrive in your role from day one. Experience driving the adoption of best practice. Ability to identify improvement across our process and technology that support the CMNO events programme - and be able to work with other team members to implement recommendations. Ability to understand the business context and present practical solutions to the business in a language that resonates. Problem solving skills, detail oriented, pro-active and team worker. Ability to utilise sound arguments and data to demonstrate the benefits of best practice. Ability to work and build relationships across various departments, teams and levels.
