Aker Solutions in Dyce, Aberdeenshire has a requirement for a Pressure Systems Engineer to provide support to the asset integrity team.
Selected contractor will be responsible for
the Asset Integrity / Engineering tasks assigned for the allocated scopes/assets to ensure they are delivered on time and according to plan with a specific focus on the application of risk based inspection techniques
Development of the technical content of the SOIRs or equivalent for appropriate pressure systems or equipment for approval by the Company to ensure they are delivered in accordance with the plan
Ensuring effective data management within inspection database and maintenance management systems
Maintenance of registers for SCAB, P3, deadleg, trunnion, CUI, BOLL, FM etc and responsible for preparation of BOLL certificates
Detailed analysis of piping systems via Caesar II, including dynamic analysis and fatigue assessments
Compilation of Risk Based Assessments for new build O&G assets, pipework and pressure equipment, including development of corrosion circuits
AutoCAD and Navisworks support tasks including development of detailed isometrics and engineering drawingsWe think you should have:
5-10 years experience in above tasks at Engineer level with subsequent 10+ years in Energy Industry (20+years in total)
Skilled Professional with relevant technical education
