The Role
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established law firm that provides specialist legal advice to both businesses and individuals. With the continued growth of the firm’s Motor department, they are looking to appoint a File Handler/Paralegal to conduct complex investigations on litigated cases.
In this position, you will manage a caseload of litigated Fast Track Motor files under the guidance of a Technical Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have experience handling a litigated caseload.
Candidate Profile:
* Prior experience with Fast Track motor claims and the litigation process
* Familiarity with Credit Hire claims
* Proficient in using MOJ/OIC portals at all stages
* Minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent; a degree/LPC is desirable
* Ability to meet deadlines, prioritise tasks, and manage a diverse caseload
* Effective both as part of a team and independently
* Strong legal insight and attention to detail
* Good organisational and time-management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
