Liaise with other Departments as required, e.g. DTS, Electronic Staff Records (ESR)Team, Recruitment and Divisional Teams.2. To transfer and accurately input information from RA forms onto the Care IdentityService (CIS) IT system.3. To maintain and update a manual and electronic filing system for all inputted forms,which complies with national guidance on RA data storage and the Data Protection Act.4. To ensure that registration forms and copies of personal identity documents are storedsecurely and checked in accordance with the national requirements and ensure anyissues are reported to the Recruitment Team Leader.5. Comply with standard operating procedures to revoke and cancel user access, ensuringthat the procedures are adhered to and any issues are escalated to the RecruitmentTeam Leader.6.
