Job Summary
Our client is a leading manufacturing company within the world of tools and we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our client's sales efforts across the North East of England. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales management, capable of analysing market trends and driving business growth.
Duties
* Work to achieve sales targets and budgeted P&L through effective sales management.
* Achieve maximum growth within individual portfolios.
* Carry out regular reviews and visits.
* Work alongside the board to agree and deliver an ongoing sales strategy.
* Identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as an Area Sales Rep in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience selling into merchants and end-users.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
* Ability to display a high degree of business acumen.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
