About the Role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a part-time Supply Worker to join specialist SEN schools in Sherborne, starting 22 April 2025. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and creating a positive learning environment for those who require additional support.
The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8.30am to 4pm, with varied end times depending on the day.
As a Supply Worker, you will:
* Step into different classrooms, delivering pre-planned lessons and activities
* Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with diverse learning needs
* Help create a calm and engaging learning atmosphere
* Work closely with staff to ensure students feel encouraged, included, and supported
