Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee our EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report) and smoke alarm contract in South East London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical supervision, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise a team of electricians and technicians performing EICR inspections and smoke alarm installations. - Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical standards and regulations. - Coordinate scheduling and allocation of resources to meet contract deadlines. - Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality and safety compliance. - Review and approve EICR reports and smoke alarm installation documentation. - Provide training and support to team members to ensure best practices. - Liaise with clients and stakeholders to address any concerns or queries. - Maintain accurate records of work completed, equipment used, and any incidents. - Implement and enforce health and safety policies on-site. Qualifications: - Valid ECS/CSCS card and relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, 2391). - Proven experience in electrical supervision, particularly in EICR and smoke alarm systems. - Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and best practices. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively. - Full UK driving license (a van will be provided for work use).
