D365 F&O Functional Analyst

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled D365 F&O Functional Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in implementing, configuring, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, design solutions, and drive efficiency in finance, supply chain, or related operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Gather and analyze business requirements to design D365 F&O solutions.
* Configure D365 F&O modules, including Finance, Supply Chain, or other key areas.
* Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
* Collaborate with technical teams for system integrations and customizations.
* Develop and maintain functional documentation, including FDDs and user guides.
* Facilitate UAT sessions and provide end-user training and support.
* Stay updated on D365 F&O updates and best practices.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
* Expertise in modules such as Finance, SCM, or WMS.
* Strong understanding of business processes in finance or supply chain.
* Experience in requirements gathering, configuration, and testing.
* Familiarity with LCS, Power BI, and Azure.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: D365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate) are a plus.
