Job Description:
The role is full-time and offers 37.5 Hours per week. The successful applicant will provide exceptional customer service through email, phone, and other communication channels promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information. Manage and assist in the fulfillment of customer orders collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless order processing and resolution of any issues. Offer product recommendations to enhance the shopping experience of our customers. Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns, escalating issues when necessary. Stay updated on product knowledge, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers. Assist with product uploads and online visual merchandising to optimise product visibility and sales. Participate in discussions for website updates and improvements with the head of e-commerce.
Education:
Degree or Professional Experience 1 year (preferred)
