Job Description
* Develop and agree on Transition acceptance criteria for IT-related projects, govern delivery, and manage associated risks.
* Own the delivery of knowledge transfer activities, ensuring key operational teams have the appropriate knowledge for new services.
* Monitor progress, track milestones, and report on transition status to relevant stakeholders.
* Manage and coordinate local on-site support and other external resources, ensuring adherence to agreed service level agreements.
* Build and manage proactive relationships with Tier 1 Partners, ensuring effective and uninterrupted service delivery.
* Contribute to the financial management of the operational budget, lifecycle management, and financial planning.
The Successful Applicant
* Experience in IT Service delivery and IT service management activities.
* Proven experience in IT Service Operations/Delivery in a 24x7 global environment, including working with 3rd Party Service Providers.
* Strong knowledge of ITIL and IT Service Management, including Service Transition Management.
* Demonstrated experience in managing multiple cross-functional stakeholders and building effective relationships.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at all organisational levels.
