In this role, you'll have the chance to inspire and develop apprentices by delivering engaging Level 2 and 3 programmes. You’ll be a key player in guiding them towards achieving their qualifications, building confidence, and shaping their futures. We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience in a professional business environment who brings not just expertise, but also enthusiasm, empathy, and a proactive mindset. Ideally, you’ll have prior teaching, training, or assessing experience, but above all, you’ll be passionate about helping apprentices thrive in their chosen careers. If you’re a self-motivated individual who thrives in both independent and collaborative settings, with strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail, this is the perfect opportunity for you to make a real difference. You’ll work closely with apprentices, supporting them every step of the way, ensuring they reach their full potential and achieve success. Flexibility is key, as you’ll be traveling to employer sites, so a full driving license is required. If you’re a qualified assessor (A1 or equivalent) and have experience monitoring apprentice progress, that’s a huge plus.
