We are seeking an experienced and dynamic PFI / Estates Contract and Performance Manager to oversee and optimise our critical Estates and Facilities contracts. The role includes the effective management of the Contract Partners involved in the delivery of these services.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will manage contracts ensuring obligations are delivered to meet the Trust's commitment to patient care. Responsibilities include:
1. Providing good commercial and financial governance.
2. Promoting continuous improvement for better value.
3. Managing change and ensuring arrangements are fit for purpose.
4. Supporting reconfiguration activities and working with Contract Partners.

About You
We’re seeking a leader with:
* Experience in managing large-scale PFI or outsourced contracts.
* A track record of delivering results in a healthcare setting.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Person specification
QUALIFICATIONS / TRAINING
* Professional membership of a relevant institution or substantial experience in estates and FM services.
* Educated to degree level in a relevant subject.
KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & EXPERTISE
* Experience at senior management level.
* Experience in managing PFI contracts.
* Ability to initiate and support change.
COMMUNICATION AND RELATIONSHIPS
* Experience in developing professional relationships.
* Ability to communicate complex information clearly.
