Main duties of the job Provide Administrative support to clinical and non-clinical services. Attend schools and clinics to support delivery of immunisation programmes. To work as part of a team. To answer telephone and/or email enquiries, processing and maintaining records (paper and electronic), using SystmOne updating databases and spread sheets, scanning, typing, photocopying, and arranging meetings/events To receive telephone calls from patients who wish to book or change their appointments or have general enquiries. To act as a first point of contact for all forms of communication.
