Duties of a Service Sales Advisor with our Client:
1. Respond to incoming calls and online inquiries, assisting customers and converting leads into sales.
2. Handle inquiries from customers regarding DPF cleaning, maintenance plans, and fleet services.
3. Actively promote and sell DPF cleaning services and maintenance plans to fleet businesses.
4. Work collaboratively with the team to meet monthly individual sales targets.
5. Provide excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
6. Follow up with prospective customers who have not completed online forms to drive conversions.
7. Maintain accurate records in line with company procedures and ensure smooth communication between teams.

2. Strong communication and customer service skills.
3. Sales experience is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
4. Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
5. Willingness to work 1 in 4 Saturdays as part of the rota.
