Quantity SurveyorIn this role, you will work closely with our team to ensure the effective delivery of projects through your expertise in cost management, procurement, and contract administration. Main duties include:• Tender Assistance – Support with tender enquiries and preparation• Subcontractor Management - Appointment of subcontractors, negotiation, and management of interim payments.• Procurement: Responsible for purchasing materials in alignment with project specifications and timelines.• Measurement and valuations: Accurately measure from drawings, conduct quantity take-offs, and manage monthly valuations.• Variation and Re-Measurement: Handle work variations, site re-measurements and attend on site meetings as needed.• Risk Management and Value Engineering: Proactively manage project risks and identify cost-effective, value-driven solutions.Qualifications & Skills:• The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience and be familiar with NEC and JCT Contracts• A collaborative, team-oriented approach• Strong organisational skills to meet project deadines• Effective negotiation and communication abilities• A solid understanding of project timelines, work sequencing and lead times to prevent delaysHours:Monday – Thursday 9:00am – 5:00pmFriday 9:00am – 4:00PMBenefits:Salary Negotiable depending on experienceCompany Car
