Company Description: Gleann Mòr Spirits is an independent bottler and blender established in 2015. Based in Edinburgh, Scotland, we are the creators of several award-winning spirit brands that are sold across the globe. In 2023, Gleann Mòr Spirits acquired the portfolio brands for The British Honey Company and Union Distillers.
Job Role: The candidate will be based in Edinburgh, working from our office and operations base in Bankhead, Edinburgh.
1. Managing existing key account relationships across several white-label projects with prominent department stores and retailers.
2. Managing a sales pipeline of existing leads and prospecting accounts to deliver growth in white label and bespoke bottling projects.
3. Delivering growth and joint business plans in line with commercial expectations.
4. Supporting the sales team with opportunities in the wider Gleann Mor brand portfolio.
5. Organising and attending relevant events to increase sales and support key accounts.
Location: Edinburgh with requirement to travel.
Salary: Base Salary of £35,000 plus generous bonus/commission structure, travel fuel allowance, laptop, phone.
Job Requirements: The ideal candidate will be commercially aware of the revenue requirements and motivated with a competitive bonus and commission structure. Working with minimum supervision, managing a core number of accounts to drive volume, value and further activations.
1. Liaising with key sales, marketing and operations stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
2. Record all relevant information via CRM system and internal recording process.
3. Identifying new brand and outlet opportunities that enable targeting new sales channels.
4. Make commercial decisions on how to spend resources and invest in assets to drive growth.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
1. Full UK Driving License.
2. Valid Passport.
3. Previous experience in sales or marketing is essential.
4. Existing network of contacts in relevant channels and experience of delivering white label or bespoke projects are preferable.
5. Strong understanding of balance between commercial delivery and brand building agenda.
6. Strong IT skills and able to use data to report effectively.
7. Experience in the alcohol sector and or WSET qualification is preferable.
