4. Respect residents at all times, especially their individual right to privacy, dignity, and choice, incorporating residents' needs and requirements into your work routine so that the care home is pleasant to both live and work.
5. Liaise with the General Manager to ensure the care home is maintained in good decorative order, and the environment is comfortable, friendly, and has a homely feel for the residents.
6. Liaise with external contractors entering the home when carrying out authorized work to ensure that all requirements relating to Health and Safety and the Health & Social Care Act legislation are fully met.
7. Maintain the grounds and garden areas, keeping them in a neat and tidy condition.
