Linley and Simpson Land and New Homes department is recruiting for a New Homes Sales Advisor to work on their new site in Wakefield. This is a part time, permanent opportunity working 30 hours per week, Thursday to Monday. You will be based onsite for one of our developers until completion and then moved to another site In order to be considered for this role, you will possess previous experience of working as a New homes Sales Advisor or in a property sales role. Let's talk about the role. It involves; Providing exceptional customer service and an engaging sales experience for all customers Proactively selling and letting New Homes via following up leads and booking appointments Negotiating to achieve sales and lets in line with targets -Ensuring potential buyers are financially qualified and satisfy the required Anti Money laundering checks Collaborate with the wider team to create strategies to drive visitors to site Work with third party stakeholders; ensuring solicitors and mortgage advisors are all proactively progressing the purchase and working towards the target exchange and completion dates Provide effective, efficient and accurate processing of sales and contracts from reservation to exchange and completion Update Guide customers through their specification options and smooth the purchasing and handover process Ensure excellent presentation of the marketing suite at all times Collate and evaluate market research for the sales management team We're not just looking for someone who fits our team; we want to be a good fit for you too We're looking for individuals with qualities such as; Excellent sales and communication skills High standards of presentation Effective negotiation skills Proactive, professional, and self- driven Ability to work independently and also be a team player Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets whilst managing a varied workload in a fast-paced environment.
