Linley and Simpson Land and New Homes department is recruiting for a New Homes Sales Advisor to work on their new site in Wakefield. This is a part time, permanent opportunity working 30 hours per week, Thursday to Monday. You will be based onsite for one of our developers until completion and then moved to another site. The role is paying £25,000 - £30,000 basic + commission.
In order to be considered for this role, you will possess previous experience of working as a New homes Sales Advisor or in a property sales role.

1. Providing exceptional customer service and an engaging sales experience for all customers
2. Proactively selling and letting New Homes via following up leads and booking appointments
3. Negotiating to achieve sales and lets in line with targets -Ensuring potential buyers are financially qualified and satisfy the required Anti Money laundering checks
