Pathway Group is looking for a passionate and proactive Learner Engagement and Enrolment Officer to join our central team in Birmingham. In this role, you'll play a vital part in guiding learners from their first inquiry through to successful enrolment, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and confident in their journey with us. Your work will set the foundation for a positive learning experience, helping learners unlock new opportunities and achieve their career goals.
What You'll Do:
1. Engage with Learners: Promptly follow up with prospective learners via phone, email, and SMS, providing timely and personalised support.
2. Provide Course Information: Clearly explain course options, entry requirements, funding sources, and career prospects.
3. Tailor Guidance: Offer advice based on each learner's unique goals, qualifications, and aspirations to help them choose the right pathway.
4. Convert Interest into Enrolments: Guide learners through the enrolment process, addressing any concerns and supporting them in committing to their chosen program.
5. Collaborate with Teams: Work with marketing and recruitment teams to enhance our outreach efforts and provide valuable insights to improve future campaigns.
6. Deliver Exceptional Service: Reflect Pathway Group's commitment to quality by ensuring all interactions are professional, empathetic, and learner-centered.
What We're Looking For:
1. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with funding streams and skills programs, including Skills Bootcamps, ASF (AEB), Apprenticeships, and Advanced Learner Loans.
2. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to clearly present information to diverse audiences.
3. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to handle sensitive issues diplomatically and build positive relationships.
4. Problem-Solving Ability: Experience in analyzing challenges and implementing effective solutions.
5. Adaptability & Team Collaboration: Flexible in managing changing priorities and committed to working collaboratively across all levels.
6. Technical Proficiency: Confident in Microsoft Office and relevant digital tools.
