You will assist guests with reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and ensure their experience is seamless from start to finish. What You'll Do:
* Warmly greet guests and manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
* Answer guest inquiries about resort services, amenities, golf bookings, and local attractions.
* Manage reservations and room assignments, ensuring guest preferences are met.
* Handle payments and maintain accurate financial transactions.
* Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth communication and exceptional guest experiences.
What We're Looking For:
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to multitask effectively and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
* Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
* A positive attitude, enthusiasm for hospitality, and commitment to guest satisfaction.
