The Senior Fundraising Coordinator will:
1. Have previous experience of leading a team within a fundraising title
2. Provide fundraising assistance through telephone calls and emails
3. Resolve day to day queries
4. Deal with general fundraising queries that arise within the business
5. Develop relationships and provide advice to others
6. Work with internal teams within the business to ensure a smooth process is provided
7. Take responsibility for all ad-hoc administration
8. Record everything onto the in-house systems
To be considered for the Senior Fundraising Coordinator you will:
1. Be confident on the telephone and dealing with clients via email
2. Have experience in providing customer support
3. Be a strong problem solver
4. Have strong administration experience
5. Maintain outstanding attention to detail verbally and in writing
6. Be professional and organised
7. Have previous experience of sales or fundraising
