About the Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll own the end-to-end onboarding process for new partners, from discovery to integration and ongoing optimization. You’ll act as the Holibob ambassador, ensuring our partners receive best-in-class support while collaborating across internal teams to deliver seamless experiences.
What You’ll Do:
* Program & Project Ownership: Drive and manage new partner integration and onboarding processes.
* Documentation & Planning: Maintain clear, detailed program/project documentation, task tracking, and reporting.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal teams to define technical and non-technical needs, translating them into actionable tasks.
* Communication: Build strong, transparent relationships with partners through consistent and timely updates.
* Product Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of Holibob’s offerings to align them with partner needs.
* Feedback Advocate: Collect and share partner insights to foster continuous improvement.
* Industry Awareness: Stay informed about trends in the travel tech sector to better serve our partners.

What We’re Looking For
Qualifications & Experience:
* Experience in onboarding, project management, or account management roles.
* Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
Skills & Tools:
* Strong project management skills; experience with tools like Confluence and Jira is a plus.
* Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Braze) and website tools.
